What are your shuttle schedule times?

We have several times that we depart from Bangor and Bar Harbor. During the “in” season we can have up to five departures.

Are your shuttle times exact?

We have several times that we depart from Bangor and Bar Harbor. Our times are based on reservations and are very flexible.

Can you help me get to my hotel, flight or bus?

Absolutely.

Where are you departure times listed?

We are not able to list every launch on the website. Please tell us your arrival and departure time  we will contact you via phone or email with an estimated time. We’re usually able to accommodate, just ask!

How do I book a reservation?

Please fill out the inquiry form with as much trip information as possible. A receptionist will then contact you via email or phone to confirm availability.

Do you have car seats?

If a car seat is needed please note that in your reservation.

When do I pay for my reservation?

Your payment is due the week of arrival. You will receive an invoice or will pay when you call to reconfirm your reservation two days prior to arrival. *processing fee for all transactions under the $90.

If I cancel my reservation, can I be refunded?

The Bar Harbor Shuttle’s goal is to provide safe, affordable, transportation. We understand things do happen and plans change. We are happy to refund your money if canceled within 48 hours of your arrival. Once you arrive round trip reservations are non-refundable. Please see our cancellation policy.

What happens if my flight is late?

We will wait as long as possible. Depending on your delay, we may need to depart. In that event we will place you on our next shuttle or give you  alternatives. The Bar Harbor Shuttle has been doing this for over 7 years and this is not something that happens constantly. Have no fear, we will get you here.

Can you tip the driver?

Yes. Gratuity of any kind is greatly appreciated

The Bar Harbor Shuttle has worked hard to maintain its outstanding reputation. One of the ways we maintain this, is by what our riders and business owners disclose to us.
